A woman was carjacked at gunpoint in the South Shore neighborhood on Wednesday morning.
According to police, the 53-year-old was parking her car in the 7700 block of South South Shore Drive around 8 a.m. when a gunman approached her and demanded her belongings and vehicle.
The shooter then fled in an unknown direction.
According to police, no one was injured and no one was arrested.
Local cops are looking into it.
