A Tulsa woman is charged with 2 counts of child neglect after police say her 2 year old daughter overdosed on fentanyl and cocaine.
The affidavit for Demetrius Fields says on May 16th, she called 911, saying her baby was struggling to breathe.
It says the girl was transported in cardiac arrest, near death and given 2 doses of Narcan and responded to both.
It says she and the baby were the only ones home at the time.
It says when Fields was pregnant with the girl, Fields tested positive for methadone, opiates, oxycodone, THC and benzo’s and the baby’s cord blood had methadone and THC in it.
