A 43-year old woman from Janesville, convicted of four counts of possession of child pornography in Rock County in 2018, will be relocated to Janesville next week.
Kaija Kincaid will be placed at Rock Valley Community Programs, 203 W. Sunny Lane, on May 16.
Kincaid will be supervised and must adhere to the requirements of being a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program, a Rock County Sheriff’s Office release said.
The requirements for registrants include but aren’t limited to: no unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with victims; no drug use, comply with standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, and have regular face-to-face contact with law enforcement.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for the placement of Kincaid; however, by law, it is required to provide public notice.
