LMPD arrested Jessica Whitehouse on Monday, a woman they said they have been looking for since February.
Police said she had been using aliases, such as Justine Kayse and Whitney Halfacre.
LMPD said earlier this month that she was using stolen credit cards to shop at Victoria’s Secret, 23 Zone and the Coach outlet. They alleged that she spent thousands of dollars using stolen credit cards at those places and others.
Court records say that Whitehouse used other people’s identities to open credit cards without their knowledge or consent. One of the victims contacted police after getting numerous alerts about the fraudulent account.
Records say that she was also caught on surveillance video using the credit cards taken out in the victim’s name to make purchases.
Whitehouse is being charged with three counts of theft of identity of another without consent, multiple counts of credit card fraud and trafficking stolen identities.
She is currently being held at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning.
