Investigators in McIntosh County arrest a woman accused of letting her toddler smoke from a vape pen, then the video was shared and posted online.
Investigators say they didn’t immediately know if it was nicotine or marijuana, but, either way, made the arrest.
Court records say the charges anticipated are child neglect and child endangerment.

They say several people recorded the video and reported it to law enforcement.
It shows her and the child in bed, she puts the vape to his mouth and his breathes in and she says, “Look, he blows it out his nose,” then the child starts coughing and she says, “Stoner” before the video ends.
This is an arrest, not a conviction.
