Police arrested Madison Pesina and charged her with one count of aggravated kidnapping, evading arrest and several other charges.
The incident happened in September 2022. The victim told police that he was accused of stealing a firearm from one of his captors.
According to the affidavit, the victim was being held against his will in the shed in the backyard of a home. And the report says Pesina held him at gunpoint before he managed to escape and run for help.
The report also says that Pesina restrained him by using duct tape to tape him to a barber chair in the shed.
Pesina is being held at the Bexar County Jail on a combined $102,400 bond.
