Wesley Pavey was arrested for the murders of his cousin, Kraig Chambers and his wife, Sheri.
Police say the two were shot in their garage, then moved to under a bridge and nearby drainage culvert.
They say Pavey directed officers to the bodies.
Earlier this month, after a competency hearing, and a determination Pavey was not competent due to being mentally ill, a Tulsa County judge ordered Pavey to get mental health treatment.
The November 10th order says Pavey cannot appreciate the nature of the charges against him and cannot assist in his defense.
It says Pavey can attain competency within a reasonable amount of time (not to exceed 2 years) if given treatment and therapy.
It says Pavey is to be admitted to the OK Forensic Center as soon as a bed becomes available.
It says the Dept of Mental Health is to provide competency restoration services to Pavey and he will remain in custody.
The order says if Pavey were to be released out these treatment services, he would pose a threat to the life and safety of himself and others.
It says if Pavey is found to be competent in the future, his criminal case will resume.
A hearing to check on these matters is scheduled for February 1st.
Pavey is charged with 2 counts of murder, 2 counts of unlawful removal of a dead body, child neglect, having a gun as a felon and concealing stolen property.
