This morning, at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers with the Tallahassee Police Department responded to an armed robbery at the Circle K, located at 1848 Capital Circle Northeast.
The suspect, Tristan Warren, entered the store with a firearm and demanded money before fleeing in a vehicle.
An officer in the area quickly located the suspect vehicle and attempted to initiate a traffic stop.
The suspect vehicle then fled at a high rate of speed before coming to a stop and bailing out of the vehicle in the 2700 block of Capital Circle Northeast.
A TPD K9 Unit responded to the scene and tracked Warren through a ravine, locating him hiding in the woods.
Warren was subsequently taken into custody for robbery with a firearm and resisting officers without violence.
