(Watch) as a shooter in Philadelphia fires point blank

Philadelphia: Shooter was waiting between parked cars for the second car to drive past, and fires point blank.  Suspect keeps shooting but did not kill the driver.

Authorities say the victim sustained gunshot wounds to his left shoulder and lower back and was later treated at Temple Hospital.
