May 27th, 2022, the Rock Island Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Terrionce C. Kitchen, D.O.B. 05/22/03 for First Degree Murder with bond set at $1,000,000.00.
Kitchen is a dangerous fugitive and is being sought by police.
