RawNews1st – The City Of Elgin has had a rash of vehicle break ins/thefts in town recently. Please remember to always remove valuables and then lock your car (and garage) doors.
We are asking for your help if you have ANY information on the person or persons who may be responsible. You can stay anonymous if you wish.
