The Sun Cops were called to the scene about a report of an argument between Kennedy, 32, and an unnamed woman.
A witness reportedly saw Kennedy and the woman arguing, according to TMZ.
Kennedy allegedly grabbed the woman, but cops didn’t see any visible injuries on her.
The DJ shares a home in Burbank with his girlfriend, Ally Lewber. The two have been dating since January 2022.
It’s unclear if Lewber is the alleged victim.
Kennedy was arrested on the night of a holiday party hosted by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Kathy Hilton, which he attended with Lewber.
The DJ was released after posting $20,000 bail, the U.S. Sun confirmed.
He hasn’t spoken publicly about his arrest and posted a picture promoting his upcoming show on Instagram the next day.
Lewber, 28, liked the post.
The astrologer has also stayed quiet about the arrest since Tuesday night.
Lewber posted several Instagram stories about attending a holiday influencer event in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
