Unvaccinated Victoria MPs to be BARRED from duties in Australia
Victoria has become Australia’s first state to enforce a vaccine mandate for all employees, after a law was passed in the Upper House last night – but not without opposition.
Independent MP Catherine Cumming accused the government of “a blatant attempt” to push through stricter lockdown laws by reducing the number of crossbench members required to pass legislation.
Liberal MP Bernie Finn opposed the mandate before abstaining from the vote, claiming “I believe that that is a breach of human rights.
I am against creating a separated society — the vaccinated and the unvaccinated.”
