Calm has been called for as Ukraine’s top brass for security & defense met on Monday. Here are some takeaways:
▪️President Vladimir Zelensky said, “There is no reason to panic.”
▪️“The key message is not to panic, or to make unsafe groundless claims,” Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal added.
▪️Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov assured the public, “I ask everyone to be calm.”
They also assured citizens there are no threats to the economy, no grounds to talk about a full-scale Russian invasion or plans for a Ukrainian offensive in the East. (RIA Novosti)
