Ukraine understands “reality” of Donbass and Crimea – Lavrov
Russian FM Sergey Lavrov has spoken to the press after meeting Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar Friday and suggested negotiations with Ukraine are progressing.
▪️“Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine continue, while there are no final plans and agreements – there is progress, including with regard to the non-bloc status of Ukraine”
▪️“The Ukrainian side demonstrates at the talks an understanding of the reality of Donbass and Crimea”

▪️Russia supports security guarantees for Ukraine, Russia, and all European countries
