Uganda has to pay Congo $325 million for war reparations
The International Court of Justice demanded the African country pay its neighbor $325 million for its invasion over 20 years ago.
$225 million will be allocated for damage of people, $40 million to property and $60 million for damage to natural resources.
Uganda and Rwanda invaded Congo in 1999 after a diplomatic fallout with then-President Laurent Desire Kabila.
