Two people are charged with holding a woman against her will and beating her, over a period of three days.
The probable cause affidavit for Keion Biagas and Nicole (Anguiano) Jeffery says they invited Biagas’ ex-girlfriend and mother of his children, to live with them.
It says on May 21st, Biagas picked up the woman and when she arrived, he beat her with a baseball bat, sexually assaulted her, punched her and strangled her.
It says Jeffery demanded the victim’s phone passcode and when the victim refused, Jeffery pointed a gun at the victim, hit the victim with the gun and tried to shove the gun into the victim’s mouth.
It says the victim fought back, then was pepper sprayed by Jeffery.
It says when Biagas and Jeffrey left the apartment, they locked the victim inside and even screwed the door closed and had a surveillance camera inside to watch her and talked to her through it, to call her names.
It says when they left on May 24th, the victim flagged down a neighbor through the window and the neighbor called 911.
It says police found the victim inside, with the door screwed closed with 3 inch decking screws and firefighters freed her.
