Two men plead guilty in federal court, in two separate child pornography cases.
Federal prosecutors say 24 year old Eli Cailler, from Inola, pleaded guilty to possession and receipt of child pornography.
He admitted having an extensive number of photographs and videos of child sexual abuse material involving kids under the age of 12.
He said he received them using Google Drive and the dark web.
25 year old Mikaili Cohn, from Tulsa, pleaded guilty to receipt, distribution and possession of child pornography, and failure to register as a sex offender.
When Cohn failed to update his sex offender registry, U.S. Probation officials arrested him and confiscated his phone and found child sexual abuse material on it.
He admitted distributing three child pornography videos via Kik from May to July 12 of 2022.
At least one of the videos depicted a child under the age of 12.
This is a former booking photo of Cohn.
I don’t have one of Cailler at this time, since the case is federal.
Sentencings will come later.
