Michigan – One man was arrested, and another is on the run after an armed home invasion in Dearborn Heights.
The incident unfolded early Wednesday morning on Evagiline Street.
Police say two armed men broke into a 77-year-old woman’s home and robbed her at gunpoint.
The woman was able to escape to a neighbors house were she was able to call 911.
Police responded to the area and took one suspect into custody, and recovered two handguns and some of the victim’s property.
The second suspect is still on the run. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact DHPD or Crime Stoppers at 1800-SPEAK-UP.
