On Dec. 19, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a victim was carjacked at gunpoint in the 6500 block of Annapolis Road in Landover Hills, the Prince George’s County Police Department said.
Two days later, at approximately 9:15 p.m., detectives located the car used by the suspects in the carjacking and stopped the vehicle in the 8200 block of Annapolis Road. Police said the two occupants were arrested.
The suspects were identified as 19-year-old Sean Franklin Mills of Capitol Heights and 19-year-old Gregory Parker of Northeast, Washington, D.C.
During the arrest, police said two loaded firearms were recovered.
