RawNews1st – Fort Morgan Police began an investigation into an allegation of sexual assault on a juvenile female.
This report detailed a juvenile approaching Patrick Ndongereye and Eric Nshizirungu (twin brothers) to purchase marijuana at their home.
During the investigation, evidence was collected and sent to the Colorado Bureau of Investigations for analysis.
That analysis was completed by CBI on August 25, 2022 and detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for both of the individuals in this incident.
Patrick and Eric are twins and have been living in the Fort Morgan area for several years.
They have had numerous run-ins with the police and are currently being sought on charges of sexual assault, distribution of marijuana, attempting to influence a public servant, and false imprisonment.
There is a warrant with no bond for both of these individuals.
