Tulsa Police arrest a suspected serial rapist who they say has been terrorizing women in their apartments in East Tulsa.
The arrest report for Brandon Bills says:
August 21st: Police were called to Polo Club Apartments near 41st and 129th E. Avenue when a woman said was asleep and woke up to a man standing over her.
He put his hand over her mouth, raped her, then took her phone, car keys, jewelry, air pods and left.
September 20th: Police called back out to Polo Club Apartments where a woman was grabbed from behind as she was entering her apartment.
He knocked her to the ground, grabbed her breasts and tried to take off her pants and she screamed and he left.
September 23rd: Police were called to Alexis Part apartments in that same area because a woman woke up to a man in her bedroom.
He grabbed her throat and tried to take off her clothes but she screamed and fought and he left, stealing her purse on the way out.
The arrest report says at that one, there was video of the suspect.
It says Bills confessed to all the attacks and knew details only the suspect would know.
Police say random, stranger rapes are rare and if there are additional victims out there, they would like to hear from them.
Bills was booked into jail for 2 counts of rape, 2 counts of attempted rape, 2 counts of burglary and forcible sodomy.
