The two suspects were arrested after an officer with BRPD found a missing juvenile from Alexandria in the possession of the accused.
After investigation by officers, it was determined the child is a victim of sex trafficking.
Monyei is being held in Rapides Parish Detention Center on a $300,000 bond.
Stafford is being held in Rapides Parish Detention center on a $100,000 bond.
The victim was released to the Louisiana Dept of Children and Family Services in Rapides parish.
