OSBI says a Comanche County man has been arrested, accused of exchanging sexually graphic images and videos with an underage girl in Florida.
They say Toby Dearinger lives in Fletcher, OK.
He’s charged with soliciting sexual Conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology and having child pornography.
The case started in April when the girl’s parents called the sheriff in their area and said they found sexually explicit pictures of her on her cell phone.
They say that investigation led them to Dearinger in OK.
