Tuscaloosa – Deputies were called to the area of 5th Ave and 30th Pl. E at University Manor apartment complex around 12 a.m. Upon arrival they discovered the body of 24-year-old Larry Deashean Cameron.
Police say their investigation has identified Tobias Nickerson, a 23-year-old Tuscaloosa resident, as being involved in the actions that led to the death of Cameron.Â
Police say Nickerson was booked into the county jail with his bond to be set later by the court. The investigation continues and additional charges may be brought against other people involved in the incident.
Nickerson has been charged with felony murder and attempted murder.
