Three men now face charges in federal court in connection to the death of a Tulsa man on October 9th.-They say Stephen Rose and Vernon Weaver, were charged with 1st degree murder.
Those two and Christopher Squirrel were charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
The affidavit says the three men decided to rob rob the victim, Billy Lindsey, of money that was owed to Rose. -It says during the robbery, Rose and Weaver stabbed Lindsey to death.
The Tulsa County Sheriff’s office found Lindsey victim in a yard near Turley.
He had stab wounds to his face, hands, arms, neck, upper back, back of the neck, upper chest, and top and back of his head.
These are charges, not convictions.
