Three men are charged with 11 counts involving forgery.
The affidavit for Steven Lusk (pictured), Terry Washington and Joseph Crawford says the men passed 10 counterfeit checks through 10 banks within 90 minutes, for more than $46,000.
It says the men had checks from the same company and the checks were in sequential order.
It says they called the bank and changed the contact number on the account so when they went into the banks to cash the checks and said, call the contact number… it was actually one of the other suspects “giving approval.”
It says they were all caught on surveillance and all used their own names.
The other two are not yet in custody.
