Westmoreland County dispatch confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that officials were on the scene at the Braeburn Alloy Steel Mill along Braeburn Road before 4 p.m. following reports of a spill.
Water rescue crews and first responders were on the scene Monday following an oil spill at a plant in Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County.
