Thousands of dollars from Broken Arrow Youth Sports take suspect charged
A woman is charged with embezzlement, after being accused of taking 10’s of thousands of dollars from Broken Arrow Youth Sports.
The affidavit for Amber Goins says she left her job with Youth Sports last August and that’s when the organization discovered around $100,000 was missing.
It says they discovered Goins had printed checks and made them payable to herself and that had not been approved.
It says she was also in charge of depositing large amounts of cash from events but had deposited nearly $38,000 into her personal accounts, sometimes more than once in the same day.
