Lil Nas X was released from jail after posting $75,000 bail. As previously reported, the artist plead not guilty to four felony charges for allegedly assaulting officers during his arrest.
Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, is an award-winning American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Not unless you have been living under a rock everyone has heard the Grammy award song Old Town Road.

TMZ first reported Thursday that Hill was hospitalized and obtained exclusive video of the rapper walking the street in a pair of white briefs and cowboy boots. The outlet later obtained video in which Hill was naked and barefoot.
There has been no evidence that any drugs were involved, O’Connor said. She added that test results may be pending, but nothing has been submitted into the record.
When Lil Nas X was arrested in August 2025, police suspected a drug overdose based on his behavior, but his attorney stated there was no evidence of drug use. The toxicology results have not been publicly disclosed.
Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, is 26 years old. He was born on April 9, 1999.
TMZ obtained video from the day before Nas’ arrest, where he was acting erratically outside a West Hollywood hotel.
