Texas – At approximately 2:00 PM, the US Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force arrested 35-year-old Terry Ramond Henderson from a residence in the 400 block of N. Pumphrey St. in Edna, TX.
Henderson was the subject of an outstanding Victoria County warrant charging him with Aggravated Sexual Assault as a result of a Victoria Police Department investigation involving him and a 39-year-old victim.
This is an ongoing joint investigation between our agency and Edna Police Department.
