The suspects demanded the victim give them his shoes, gold necklaces, earrings, and cash.
On Friday night, Bexar County deputies arrested the final teen who had been on the run. They all face aggravated robbery charges and remain in Bexar County Jail.
According to the sheriff’s office, a man was pumping gas when he was approached by the four teenagers who robbed him at gunpoint. The suspects demanded the victim give them his shoes, gold necklaces, earrings, and cash.
At some point, the victim was able to get in his car and drive away. The four teens chased the victim in a stolen car and began shooting at the victim’s vehicle.
The suspects eventually crashed their car into multiple vehicles, including an 18-wheeler.
A 17-year-old was arrested for aggravated robbery, a 16-year-old was charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 19-year-old Serenity Banda was arrested for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, and 18-year-old Jonoven Esquivel was charged with aggravated robbery.
