Teen arrested for killing 14-year-old boy after shooting into crowd outside Dezerland Park

The shooting happened outside Dezerland Action Park the night of April 29. One of the teens shot, 14-year-old Trevor Robinson from Hillsborough County, died a couple days after the shooting.

Police say two other 14-year-olds were shot that night and one was seriously injured.

Dezerland Action Park is an indoor amusement center with go-carts, laser tag games, a bowling alley and more.

Orlando police were apparently already working a call at the park about kids loitering that night. As the crowd was breaking up, police say Rollins started firing rounds.

That’s when the three 14-year-olds were hit.

It’s unclear what the motive is.

There are two Dezerland Parks, and the second is located in South Florida. WESH 2 reached out to the company for a comment earlier this month, but there was no response.
