RawNews1st – He is suspected by Knoxville Police Department – TN for stealing a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked at 400 W Magnolia Ave.
He is driving what appears to be a 2005 to 2010 white Honda Odyssey minivan seen in this picture. The suspect has a tattoo on his left forearm.
