RawNews1st – A suspect who decided our county was the place to conduct an armed robbery at one of our local business (s).
At approximately 10:12 pm, deputies of the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Office responded to the BP gas station located at 13626 James Madison Highway, Palmyra VA for the report of an armed robbery in progress.
The suspect fled the scene prior to law enforcement arrival and is described as black male, medium build, 5’ 8” to 5’11” tall.
In his mid-to late 40’s, wearing a black “gator style mask”, black beanie cap, hot pink gloves, dark colored pants, black shoes, and a black jacket with white sleeves.

The suspect fled on foot headed north on James Madison Highway. If you happen to see or know this suspect call 911 immediately or contact your local authorities.
The weapon used in the commission of this crime was dropped at the scene; deputies recovered a PURPLE Taurus G2 9mm.
