A man who was charged in June in Tulsa County for failing to register as a sex offender, has been arrested.
The affidavit for Heriburto Dominguez says he was convicted in 2012 in Benton County, Arkansas on 4 counts of having child pornography.
It says he’s a level 2 offender who’s supposed to register twice a year until January of 2045.
It says he hasn’t registered in Tulsa or any other place in the U.S. since February of 2020.
The warrant was issued two months ago and he was picked up this week.
