Authorities have identified the alleged gunman who they say shot and killed three people Sunday night in a mass shooting at a home in Annapolis as 45-year-old Charles Robert Smith.
An Annapolis man is charged after Sunday’s shooting that left three men dead.
Annapolis Police Chief Edward Jackson identified the suspect as Charles Robert Smith, 45, of Annapolis.
The Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Smith with three counts of second-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of attempted murder and gun violations.
Jackson said first responders arrived and found three men who died at the scene.
Two others were flown to hospitals and one was taken by ambulance. The three surviving victims are in stable condition Monday.
