Suspect “Ricky Bobby” wanted for spray painting sidewalk downtown

RawNews1st – Police looking for this Talladega Nights wannabe. He was captured on video on 9/23 spray painting the sidewalks downtown with “Nascar on USA” stencils — amounting to about $1,000 in city repairs.
First one to provide a tip that leads to his identification may be eligible for a Crime Stoppers reward. If you ain’t first, you’re last.
