RawNews1st – In reference to an animal cruelty case that occurred in the 1300 block of North Cary Street, investigators need your help in identifying the suspect seen in these photos.
Detectives learned that on July 8th, a black male suspect approached a female walking her dog in the 1300 block of North Carey Street.
The dog lunged at the male but was pulled back by the female owner, who informed the male, her dog does bite.
The male then retrieved a firearm from his waistband and fired one round at the dog. The male then turned around to leave but returned and fired additional rounds into the animal.

The suspect then fled the location in the white pictured vehicle.
Due to the dog’s injuries, he was humanely euthanized.
