A woman has been charged with child endangerment (DUI/APC driver), leaving the scene of an injury crash and destroying evidence.
The probable cause affidavit for Teresa Brown (now, Pearson and in the past, Wynn) says the crash happened September 6, 2022 in Bixby and her passenger, a 14 year relative was seriously injured and the driver of the other vehicle had a broken back, broken ribs and severe internal injuries that led to a life altering condition.
It says at the scene, Brown handed a vodka bottle to a man and said “get rid of it.”
It says she told the officers she’d had vodka and milk earlier in the day.
It says her blood work came back with a .135 blood alcohol content as well as hydrocodone, lidocaine, THC and a muscle relaxer.
