A man who’s on federal probation for selling meth and having a gun as a felon, has been arrested, accused of domestic assault and kidnapping.
Tulsa County deputies caught Jace McKittrick when he went to check in for his federal probation and still had the assault victim with him.
The arrest report says McKittrick went to his girlfriend’s house yesterday and once they were in the bedroom, he punched her in the face, then covered her face with a pillow and kept hitting her.
It says a roommate heard the screaming and crying and told McKittrick to leave and the victim ran toward the kitchen and McKittrick followed and grabbed a butcher knife and held it to her throat and told the victim, she was coming with him.
She told deputies she managed to run outside and he dropped the knife but picked up a screwdriver, caught her and held it to her throat and threatened to kill her and her friends if she didn’t go with him.
It says he drove her to a mutual friend’s house where she tried to jump out, but he grabbed her and continued hitting her.
She says he took her into the house and kept attacking her and threatened to kill her if she didn’t go with him.
It says he took her with him as he drove to a Turley Correctional facility where he needed to check in for his federal probation.
Records show McKittrick was charged in federal court in 2018 as a member of the Universal Aryan Brotherhood, with drug conspiracy and having a gun as a felon.
In 2019, he was sentenced to 60 months in federal prison and 60 months supervised release.
In that case, records show police in Garfield County tried to pull over McKittrick but he took off, going 70 through a residential area, rammed the police officer’s car, crashed and was eventually arrested after being tased and had meth and a gun in the vehicle.
Records show he has a previous domestic assault conviction in Garfield County and spent time in state prison for felony convictions from Major County.
