On January 18, police were called to Redwood Ridge apartments off Morrow Road in Forest Park, Georgia, near 9 p.m.
They found 47-year-old Andre Farrier with a gunshot wound and fading in and out of consciousness. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died, police said.
25-year-old Oni Hart faces charges of felony murder, aggravated assault, prostitution, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and obstruction of an officer.
Officers discovered he had gotten into a fight with Hart, who left the apartment complex after the shooting. Clayton County police and Lovejoy police went to Hart’s home off Fielding Way in Hampton, where she refused to surrender, according to police.
Clayton County SWAT team was called to assist. Hart was found hiding in the attic and arrested without incident.
