It all started with a shooting in West Baltimore last week.
The suspect in that case was spotted Tuesday afternoon and led police out to Towson, committing a string of crimes along the way.
“I saw so many helicopters, a whole bunch of police (and) they had guns. It was really scary to see,” Towson resident Princess Vasquez said.
The frightening moments were captured by security guard Syed Rizvi, who started recording with his phone when he saw a car abandoned along Goucher Boulevard, smoking from the hood with the door open and nobody inside.
“It was three to four helicopters which I have never seen in 12, 13 years in Baltimore, and there were undercover cops, there were cops special units, and all of a sudden they start going into the woods with their AR-15s, with their rifles,” Rizvi said.
