A man has been arrested on a warrant that was issued in Tulsa County in 2020, where he’s charged with molesting a 13 year old girl, he knew.
The probable cause affidavit for Brad Bell says it happened in June of 2019 and the girl reported a couple of different encounters with Bell.
It says Bell had several reports in Okmulgee County of asking underage girls for nude photos but no charges were ever filed.
He’s now been booked on the warrant.
