A woman has been charged in Tulsa County with manslaughter in the commission of a misdemeanor, involving a fatal crash.
The affidavit for Sidney Henley says the crash happened October 14th around 5:30 PM near 44th and Sheridan.
It says as a result of the crash, the other driver, Carole Reynolds, was killed.
It says Henley’s “black box” from her car, showed she was doing 62 in a 40 mph zone and had multiple marijuana cigarettes in her car and her bloodwork showed alcohol and THC.
Records show Henley was ticketed for speeding in February of 2020 and March of 2020.
The manslaughter charge is not a conviction.
