A suspect has been indicted in the fatal shooting of a man in a crowded parking lot right in front of a Walmart:
He said someone drove Hassel to that Walmart on Ferguson Road.
Deters said it’s Hassel seen in wearing all black who comes up behind Brown as he appears to be talking to two other people while waiting for a ride and shoots him point blank in the back of the head.
He got away in the black car seen in some of the surveillance video.
Deters said the shooting was the result of a squabble over a small sum of money.
