A man who’s currently on a deferred sentence, has been arrested by Broken Arrow Police, accused of shooting a man in a case of road rage.
Officers say the victim was pulling out of his driveway on his motorcycle yesterday.
They say he got too close to Parker Day, who was driving past.
They say Day caught up to the victim in traffic and fired several shots and one, went through the victim’s shoulder and lodged in his helmet.
They say when Day was being booked into jail, they found small bags of possible fentanyl and xanax on him.
He was booked into jail for shooting with intent to kill, having a gun during a felony and drugs.
Records show Day was convicted in Tulsa County on 5 drug related charges in December of 2021 and given a deferred sentence until 2025.
