Police arrest a man who was wearing nothing but underwear and a had a t-shirt tied around his face, when he’s accused of robbing a man and trying to carjack a mother and daughter last night near 31st and Mingo.

The arrest report for Jeremiah Olson says he went into a restaurant, shoved an employee and took the employee’s phone.
It says Olson then went to a QT and saw a woman getting gas and he took the gas nozzle and sprayed the woman and she ran away, so he jumped into her driver’s seat.
It says Olson saw the woman’s daughter in the passenger seat and sprayed her with gasoline and the inside of the car, before getting out and running.
Police were nearby because of the robbery call and arrested him.
Police say Olson is homeless but hasn’t been in Tulsa long.
He was booked into jail for 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon, 2 counts of robbery, 1 count of attempted larceny of an auto, assault and battery on a detention officer.
