SummerSlam 2025 has arrived: Six matches will kick off the action
Six matches will kick off the action on Saturday, Aug. 2, and it features a mix of championship matches and heated rivalries coming to a collision. CM Punk looks for his first WWE title in more than a decade against Gunther, and the WWE Women’s Championship and Women’s Tag Team Championship on the line.
In other action, Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker try to keep their momentum against Roman Reigns and Jey Uso, and Jelly Roll makes his in-ring debut in tag team action.
SummerSlam 2025 will stream on Peacock, but you must have their premium or premium-plus subscription to watch. Internationally, it will be available on Netflix in most markets.
SummerSlam 2025 also will be available to watch at select Regal Cinemas theaters around the country. Tickets to see WWE SummerSlam in theaters are available on Fandango’s website. The SummerSlam preshow will be available to watch on Peacock, and on WWE’s social channels, including YouTube.

The stage has been shown for SummerSlam, and it’s a massive screen inside MetLife Stadium.
Tiffany Stratton will defend her WWE Women’s Championship against Jade Cargill, who earned the No. 1 contender spot via the Queen of the Ring win.
Jelly Roll teams with Randy Orton to face Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre in an intriguing tag match.
Elsewhere on the card, Roman Reigns teams with Jey Uso to battle Rollins sidekicks Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Breakker is a future world champion in waiting, and his star continues to rise. But no one’s star is brighter than Reigns still in WWE.
Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez defend their women’s tag team titles against the not-friends-but-not-enemies team of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. What becomes of the crowd favorite makeshift tag team of Flair and Bliss?
