CCTV footage from Russia’s Kemerovo region shows a 41-year-old convicted child abuser luring two 10-year-old girls by buying snacks and drink.
Before he would later RAPE and MURDER them.
Viktor Pesternikov, who had already served 10 years for “violent acts of a sexual nature against a minor”, claimed he “just gave them a treat” – and apparently convinced them to call him “Uncle Vitya”.
